Yes, there is a $50.00 monthly call volume commitment.

Does my pre-paid account expire?

It does not. Your credit stays available until you use it all.

Can I cancel my VoIP service anytime?

You can cancel your SIPSaver account anytime. However, your remaining credits will be lost.

When can I get my detailed call reports?

You can check your detailed call reports anytime via your SIPSaver account.

Can I check my call reports online?

Yes, simply log into your SIPSaver account.

Can a Call Center use SIPSaver?

Yes, but the service cannot be used with a predictive dialler.

How can I make calls?

You can make calls from a regular SIP telephone or from your computer or a Smartphone using a SIP application. You can get branded SIP phones at bottom price on our online store: store.modulis.ca (add the SIPSaver option to your cart to get a pre-configured phone).

What codecs and protocols are supported in SIPSaver?

SIPSaver currently supports the SIP protocol and the G.711u and G.729a codecs (more to come).

Yes, the Register option needs to be activated in order to connect to the SIPSaver server.
